# Daily Dashboard — See Your Whole Fitness Day at a Glance

> The OneRep dashboard brings calories, macros, water, supplements, training, and Coach goals together in a single view you check every day.

The dashboard is the first screen you see each day. At a glance it tells you where your calories and macros stand, whether you've hit your water goal, which supplements are due, and what's on the training schedule — so you can make better decisions without opening four different sections.

## Calorie and macro rings

Three overlapping dials sit at the top of the dashboard. The center ring shows your protein intake against your daily goal, because protein is usually the number worth chasing most. The flanking rings track calories and fat. Each ring fills as you log food throughout the day, and a celebration animation plays the moment you close the gap on a target.

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Calorie ring" icon="fire">
    Tracks total calories consumed vs. your daily target. The page background subtly deepens as the ring fills.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Protein ring" icon="trophy">
    The center dial — largest because it's the number most worth watching. Shows grams logged and your goal.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Fat ring" icon="droplet">

  <Card title="Macro totals" icon="chart-bar">

## Meals logged today

The dashboard shows a compact view of everything you've eaten — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks — as a running summary beneath the rings. Tap any entry to jump directly into the Nutrition page for that meal.

## Water intake

A water progress track shows how many milliliters you've consumed against your daily goal. Tap the **+250 ml** quick-add button directly from the dashboard, or open the water section for a custom amount. When you hit your goal, the app celebrates with a wave animation.

## Supplements

Scheduled supplements appear on the dashboard so you never miss a dose. The widget shows how many supplements are due, how many you've already taken, and a quick **Mark taken** button for each one. Supplements that count toward nutrition totals (such as protein powder) roll up into your daily macros automatically.

## Training scheduled today

The training widget shows the workout preset assigned to today in your weekly routine. You can see the workout name, estimated duration, and exercise list — and launch it directly from the dashboard with a single tap. If you've already completed one workout and have a second session scheduled, the dashboard shows both.

## Coach goals

Goals that you or the AI Coach have pinned to Today appear in a dedicated section on the dashboard. Each goal shows its title, task list, and a checkbox so you can mark tasks complete without opening the Coach screen.

## Configurable widgets

The dashboard supports custom widgets created by Coach — small cards that track a single metric you care about, built right into your daily view.

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Current stat" icon="gauge">
    Displays a single live value, like today's caffeine total or step count.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Counter widget" icon="plus-circle">
    An increment/decrement control you can tap directly from the dashboard to log values without opening Progress.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Target progress" icon="target">
    A mini progress bar showing how close you are to a daily target, such as fiber intake or water consumed.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Sparkline" icon="chart-line">
    A compact trend chart covering the last several days for any metric you're tracking over time.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

<Note>
  Coach-created widgets appear outside the dashboard when first created. After Coach builds one, you'll see an **Add to dashboard** prompt — you decide whether it belongs there. You can remove any widget at any time.
</Note>

## Simple mode

If you prefer a less dense layout, the dashboard respects your focus setting and can be configured to emphasize only the metrics you actively track. You don't need to see water progress on a day when hydration isn't a priority.

## Workout focus setting

Your workout focus — **Strength**, **Cardio**, or **Mobility** — shapes how the dashboard and Coach interpret your training data. Set it in Settings, and the dashboard's training widget, Coach briefings, and readiness scores all reflect the kind of work you're doing.

<Tip>
  Pin your most important Coach goal to Today so it appears on the dashboard alongside your nutrition and training data. That way your goal stays visible every time you open the app.
