This guide walks you through your first session in OneRep from account creation to a fully logged day. By the end you’ll have a working dashboard, a meal on the books, and a workout in your history.
1

Open the app

Navigate to app.onerep.life in your browser. OneRep works on any modern browser and is also available as a PWA you can install to your home screen.
On iOS, tap Share → Add to Home Screen in Safari. On Android, tap Install app in Chrome. Both give you a full-screen, offline-capable experience.
2

Create your account

Tap Sign up and choose how you’d like to register:
  • Email and password — enter your email address, choose a password, and verify your email when the confirmation message arrives.
  • Continue with Google — sign in with your Google account in a single step.
Once you’re in, OneRep starts the onboarding flow automatically.
3

Complete onboarding

Onboarding takes about two minutes and sets up your personal dashboard. You’ll be asked for:
  • Your goal — the primary outcome you’re working toward
  • Training focus — strength, cardio, or mobility
  • Weight unit — kg or lb
These choices populate your calorie and macro targets, configure the dashboard widgets, and give the AI Coach the context it needs for your first briefing. You can change any of these later in Settings.
4

Log your first meal

From the Today tab, tap the + button next to any meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack).
Type a food name in the search bar. OneRep searches USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts and returns results in seconds. Tap a result, confirm the portion size, and tap Log.
Your calorie and macro rings on the dashboard update immediately after logging.
5

Log a workout

Tap Training in the bottom navigation, then tap Start workout.
  • Browse the exercise catalog or search by name.
  • Add exercises to your session, enter your sets, reps, and weight.
  • Use the built-in rest timer between sets — it vibrates or rings when time is up.
  • Tap Finish workout when you’re done.
Your session is saved to your training history and feeds into volume trends and muscle-recovery estimates.
OneRep supports two concurrent workout slots, so you can keep a second session open while finishing the first — useful for supersets or splitting a session across the day.
6

Check your dashboard

Head back to Today to see everything in one view:
  • Calorie and macro rings — how much of your targets you’ve hit so far
  • Water tracker — log glasses or custom amounts toward your daily goal
  • Supplements — any scheduled supplements for today
  • Scheduled training — your planned workout if you built a weekly routine
  • Coach goals — any active goals your AI Coach is tracking
Your dashboard is configurable: open Settings → Training & app to switch between standard and simple dashboard layouts, or change your primary training focus.
