Exporting your data
The data export produces a single JSON file containing a complete snapshot of your OneRep account. The export includes your food logs, water logs, workout history, body measurements, recipes, custom foods, supplement logs, Coach memory, and preferences. The file is signed with a verification code so you can confirm it hasn’t been tampered with after download.1
Open Settings
Tap the settings icon and navigate to Data & account.
2
Tap Export my data
Tap Export my data. OneRep prepares the export — this takes a moment for large accounts.
3
Save or share the file
On mobile, the system share sheet opens so you can save the file to your Files app, send it to yourself by email, or pass it to another app. On the web, the file downloads directly.
Exports are a full account snapshot for personal backup. Partial exports — for example, just your food logs or just your workouts — are not currently supported. If you need specific data programmatically, the API is a better fit.

Diary sharing
You can give a coach, training partner, or anyone else read-only access to your food diary without sharing your account credentials. Sharing is invitation-based: you enter their email address in Settings → Privacy & sync → Sharing, and they receive a link to accept. Shares come with a scope that covers diary access, nutrition reports, and the ability to leave comments. You can see all active and pending shares in the same section and revoke any of them immediately. Revoking a share cuts off access straight away — the person will no longer be able to view your diary.Deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent and removes everything: logs, history, settings, API keys, and diary shares. There is no grace period and no recovery path once deletion completes. To delete your account:1

Open Settings → Data & account and scroll to the Delete account section.
